A high-speed centrifugal grinder is a type of high-speed grinding machine that is particularly suitable for grinding and polishing small-sized parts. When using a centrifugal grinder in daily life, the following issues should be noted:
1. The weight and quantity of drums should be symmetrical.
The centrifugal grinder is equipped with four small rollers. During the grinding process, the weight of the material contained in the four small rollers should be equal. Sometimes the machining capacity of parts is small, only two can be used. It should be noted that the two rollers are symmetrically placed inside the rolling body, and the weight of the abrasive loaded in the two rollers should be equal to prevent the machine from swinging violently due to centrifugal imbalance and causing malfunctions.
2. Do not fill the drum with abrasive.
The rollers of the centrifugal grinder are the same as those of the barrel grinder. When grinding and polishing, the drum should not be filled with material, which accounts for 40-50% of the drum volume.
3. Weight of materials added to the drum and grinding time
The weight of materials (workpieces, abrasives, water, etc.) The maximum weight per barrel shall not exceed 11KG. In terms of working time, the wet grinding time shall not exceed 60 minutes, and the dry grinding time shall not exceed 30 minutes. If work needs to continue, the temperature inside the barrel container must not exceed 80 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it will bring adverse consequences to the workpieces in the container and the PU lining of the drum. We can continue working on the basis of changing water and abrasives midway.
