Those who understand the polishing industry generally understand that the main function of a centrifugal grinder is to deburr, chamfer, clean, and polish the surfaces of stamping parts, castings, and forgings made of different materials of hardware. So today we will explain some daily maintenance tips for centrifugal grinders, hoping to be helpful to everyone:
1. The chain needs to be refueled once a month.
2. The bearing should be refueled approximately every 3 months.
3. The tension of the chain should be checked once a week for the new machine, and once a month after that. The tension of the chain should not be less than 0.04L (8.4mm) for tighter chains, and should not exceed 0.14L (29.4mm) for looser chains
4. Regularly maintain the circuit for any signs of skin breakage, wear, compression, or looseness. Regularly maintain the chain, chain teeth, bearings, etc. for any signs of wear and tear (the chain needs to be replaced after three adjustments or one year of normal start-up, and the bearings should be replaced if there is any abnormal noise).
