How To Repair The Grinding Disc Of Double-sided Grinder

According to the different relative motion of workpiece and machining disc, the polishing trajectory of plane polishing machine includes fixed eccentric grinding trajectory, uncertain eccentric grinding trajectory, linear grinding trajectory, swing grinding trajectory, square fractal grinding trajectory, planetary grinding trajectory and so on.


The workpiece with fixed eccentric grinding track has poor material removal uniformity. The closer to the workpiece center, the lower the material removal rate. Generally, it is only used for small-size workpieces with a diameter of no more than 200 mm. This is the case of high-precision grinding and polishing machines.


The uniformity of non-uniform eccentric grinding track is obviously better than that of fixed eccentric grinding track, which is conducive to improving the surface shape accuracy of workpiece. It is suitable for the processing of large-size workpiece with diameter greater than 200 mm. It is a grinding and polishing track for mass production of mirror polishing machine.


Linear grinding is not a disc throwing, but a flexible abrasive belt. The workpiece makes a simple rotary movement, which is the path of the cutter of the self-tuning mechanism of the plane grinder on the grinding disc. This movement form is simple. If the abrasive belt is lengthened, it can form mass production with high production efficiency.


The oscillating grinding path is more uniform than fixed eccentric double axis or linear grinding. The track shows that there are several trends in the machining surface center, that is, there is a depression at the machining surface center of the workpiece.


Double sided grinder often adopts planetary plane grinding track. When the ratio of grinding disc speed to solar speed changes, the working efficiency and material removal rate will change.
