Precautions For Using The Polisher

Polishers, also known as grinders, are often used for mechanical grinding, polishing, and waxing. Its working principle is: the motor drives the sponge or wool polishing disc installed on the polishing machine to rotate at a high speed. Because the polishing disc and the polishing agent work together and rub against the surface to be polished, the paint pollution, oxide layer and shallow marks can be removed. Purpose. The rotational speed of the polishing disc is generally 1500-3000 r/min, mostly infinitely variable, which can be adjusted at any time as needed during construction.

The polishing machine has the following precautions:

1. If the following situations are found, the high-speed polishing machine shall not be used

●The operator has not received professional training.

●The operator has not learned "safety operation procedures".

●The high-speed polishing machine is not working properly.

2. Before using the high-speed polishing machine, the following inspections should be performed on the environment

●The operator's hands and feet should be kept away from the rotating polishing head.

●The operator must not step on the power cord or wrap the power cord in the polishing head.

●Operators must dress safely.

●The polished area must not exceed the length of the power cord.

●The operator shall not let go of the operating handle without authorization. When stopping, the handle must be released after the high-speed polishing machine has completely stopped rotating.

●Do not use polishing pads with dust and dirt. When the polishing pad with too much dirt cannot be cleaned, it should be replaced in time.

●When replacing and installing the polishing pad, the power must be cut off.

3. Storage of high-speed polishing machine

●The power must be cut off when not in use.

●Tilt back and store the rear wheels on the ground.

●Do not store outdoors and should be stored in a dry place.
