control panel, magnetic device, and motor.
Chassis: It is the frame of the machine and is welded by high-quality stainless steel plates, and baking finished.
Compensates misalignment and deflections
1. Wipe the machine in time to prevent the liquid from damaging the surface of the magnetic grinder.
2. Clean the surface of the machine with a rag after use.
3. When not in use, the control panel is covered with a plastic bag to prevent dust and pollution.
4. When putting the bucket, if there is a polishing needle in the polishing tank, it should be cleaned in time.
5. When the machine is running normally, do not take out the polishing bucket or put your hands in the polishing bucket to avoid damaging the machine and hurting your hands. After the workpiece is polished, it should be dried in time for better results.
6. Do not put water and debris in the cabinet frame where the polishing bucket is placed, and keep the machine clean when it is shut down. After each polishing, if you do not use it every other day or two, clean the polished steel needles and store them in a dry place for the next use.
7. If any abnormality is found during operation, stop immediately and find out the reason before continuing operation.
