High speed centrifugal grinder is a type of high-speed grinder, especially suitable for grinding, polishing, manufacturing and processing these small-sized parts. When using a centrifugal grinder in practice, pay attention to the following issues:
1. The weight and total number of rolling drums should be symmetrical: the centrifugal grinder is equipped with four small drums, and during the grinding process, the weight of the raw materials contained in the four small drums should be very large; Sometimes when the processing volume of parts is small, only two of them can be used. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the two rolling drums should be symmetrically placed in the rolling elements, and the weight of the abrasive contained in the two rolling drums should also be very large to avoid severe shaking of the equipment due to centrifugal imbalance, which can cause common faults.
2. The abrasive tool of the drum does not need to be filled up: The drum of the centrifugal grinder is the same as the drum of the drum grinder. During the grinding and polishing process, the drum does not need to be filled with raw materials. The best effect is when the raw materials account for 40-50% of the volume of the drum.
3. The weight and grinding time of the raw materials added to the drum: The weight of the raw materials (workpieces, abrasives, water, etc.) loaded into each drum should not exceed 11KG at most; In terms of working hours, the wet test grinding time should not exceed 60 minutes, and the dry grinding time should not exceed 30 minutes. If it is necessary to work again, the temperature inside the drum container should not exceed 80 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it can cause adverse consequences to the workpieces in the container and the PU lining of the drum. You can work again on the premise of changing the water and grinding agent halfway.
