Vibration grinding machine is a type of equipment mainly used in metal manufacturing. Its working principle is to use physical vibration to make the grinding medium and the processed workpiece touch, and change the surface quality of the material through mutual collision and friction. During the vibration grinding process, it is sometimes found that the processed product will turn black, which is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1. Raw material reaction: Chemical changes may occur between the commonly used grinding media in vibration grinding and the raw materials of the workpiece being produced and processed. This reaction may cause the surface of the workpiece to turn black due to oxidation, vulcanization, carbonization, etc. Naturally, such incidents may also be caused by unreasonable processing techniques or problems with the grinding media used.
2. Burns: In vibration grinding, if the grinding medium used is too hard or used for too long, it will not only cause scratches, damage and other marks on the surface of the production and processing materials, but also create high temperatures on the surface of the production and processing, resulting in burn conditions. In this case, the production and processing surface will have char burning and blackening phenomena.
3. Production and processing environmental pollution: Sometimes in the vibration grinding machine processing environment, there are many pollutants in the air, such as vegetable oil, moisture, iron pins, etc. These pollutants are likely to form chemical changes with the production and processing surface, which may lead to blackening of the surface.
